Welcome to ScoutingRoom.com (the Site.) The Site Terms stated herein apply directly to your use of the Site so please read them carefully. ScoutingRoom.com offers the Site to you conditioned on your acceptance of the Site Terms without modification. Your use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the Site Terms. ScoutingRoom.com reserves the right to change or modify any of the Site Terms and the Site, at any time. If we decide to change the Site Terms, a new version will be posted. Your use of the Site following the posting of changes or modifications to the Site Terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised Site Terms. It is your responsibility to check for Site Terms revisions.

The Site is only for your personal use. You will not use the Site for commercial purposes. You will not use the Site in any way that is unlawful, or harms ScoutingRoom.com, its members and registrants or other visitors and/or its suppliers, advertisers or other affiliates. ScoutingRoom.com prohibits to the maximum extent allowable the resale, redistribution, a use of the materials included on the Site for commercial purposes. You may not solicit registered users of this site period. If it is found that any company, individual or other entity is soliciting the Site registrants, they will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

BY USING THE SITE YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL LOCAL, STATE, PROVINCIAL, FEDERAL AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS.

Registration

By registering on the Site, you agree that all information that you have provided is entirely truthful and accurate. By registering as a Coach or Recruiter you must currently be employed as a Coach or Recruiter at the level and institution or organization defined in your profile. By registering as an Athlete you must in fact be the Athlete defined in your profile. You agree that information you, a family member or other assistant you have used to input personal, athletic or academic data used in your profile, is accurate and truthful.

If is unlawful to access information unrightfully. You will be held liable for the consequences derived by registering untruthfully and any and all unrightful access to information found on the Site. ScoutingRoom.com reserves the right to pursue any and all legal recourse and remedy for individuals found accessing information unrightfully.

Termination

ScoutingRoom.com may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon such termination or suspension, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

Liability

ScoutingRoom.com is in no way affiliated with the NCAA or any other athletic or academic entity or governing body. ScoutingRoom.com is not responsible for any actions by users or registrants who violate recruiting regulations, bylaws, guidelines etc. or any other damages caused by the actions of other users or registrants of the Site. ScoutingRoom.com is not responsible for posting recruiting rules, guidelines or regulations. All users and registrants of the Site solely accept the responsibility of knowing the pertinent recruiting regulations provided for by the relevant governing body(s).

ScoutingRoom.com does not warrant that the Site.s operation will be uninterrupted or that any information posted is accurate or truthful. All registrants and users are solely responsible for their own actions.

ScoutingRoom.com contains links to third party sites including advertisers and pay-per-click ad programs. ScoutingRoom.com does not endorse any third party sites and bears no liability for any damages, including viruses that may infect your computer by navigating through to the linked third party sites and / or use of this Site.

If you do not agree with the Site Terms you should exit the Site immediately and cease any and all further use of the Site.
